Regional B2B Channel Sales Manager (SEA Emerging Market)About the company: My client is a leading producer of test & measurement electronics equipment. About the job: Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Support securing sales volume and profit targets. Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI’s. Manage price management and sales performance management. Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability. Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence. Plan marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations. Qualifications & Skills Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 14 years of regional channel sales experience in a manufacturing environment (Semiconductor / Automotive / Contract Manufacturing / Wireless & RF / Aerospace & Defense / Electronics). Experience managing 2-3 direct reports. Track record of generating more than $40M USD revenue annually. Understanding of emerging markets (Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam etc.). Comfortable with hands‐on work (rolling up the sleeve and walking the ground). Experience building distributor networks from scratch. Conversant in pricing methodologies and building price strategies. Willingness to travel around South East Asia for work assignments (40% travelling).
