Headquartered in the Europe, my client has a dedicated team and a focus on quality, supporting clients across SEA markets on various large-scale construction projects. Job Description Support the General Manager in executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions. Coordinate logistics and act as the main contact for channel partner shipment schedules and issue resolution. Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities, including social media campaigns. Manage distributor relationships, develop new client accounts, and travel within assigned territories to identify business opportunities. Ensure proper display of marketing materials at partner locations and conduct training workshops as needed. The Successful Applicant Proven track record in B2B sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Experience managing distribution networks and enabling sales through channel partners. Regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets, and comfortable to travel about 50% to support existing/new business development. Proficient in CRM tools (eg. SAP) and design software (eg. AutoCAD) for sales process management and technical drawing review. Keen to learn technical aspects of niche products, with training and support provided.
