**Job Description**:
**Overview**
They are growing the IT sales team and is currently looking for a dynamic IT Sales professional to join them in Singapore. To be successful in the role one would need to have Hunter role experience and proven track record in building a Business from scratch would be an added advantage.
Location: Singapore
Role: The Senior Sales Lead supports the business through the development, management, and execution of strategic and tactical sales practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead business development activities in new and untapped clients and develop new opportunities
- Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives to drive and execute the hunting strategies for the account
- Understand the services and service line offerings and applicability to the account.
- Facilitate proposal management activities.
- Leverage strong knowledge of the group’s intellectual property to identify initiatives, events, and services that can bring value to the team and the overall client relationship
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement while maintaining deal profitability
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 - 15 years of sales and new business development experience in Singapore
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with CXO level leadership
- Experience of managing large project deals, working in an onsite/offshore model
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and business side.
