Sales Account Manager

**1. **Role Description**
This position reports to the Director of ITMGMT PTE LTD is a leading IT solutions Singapore provider which with the mission, “Focus on how to make information systems like hardware, software and networks operate efficiently thus helping people work better.”.
Our business can be classified into two major business segments: monitoring and administration of an organization’s information technology systems. Managing IT budgets and costs, Monitoring safety and compliance, Controlling system and network security, Implementing new software, hardware and data systems and Providing technical or help desk support.
**2. **Specific Responsibilities**
Individual to be involved in:
1. present new products and services to new and existing clients.
2. Work with pre-sales teams and other internal management to meet clients' needs.
3. Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients.
4. Manage the preparation of documents and materials for meetings and negotiations.
5. Develop sales proposals, quotes and bid documents.
6. Coordinate with relevant department to finalise terms and conditions related to contracts and agreements.
7. Analyse motivations and concerns of influencers and decision makers in the client organisation.
8. Define channel sales targets and objectives.
9. Manage the development, management and execution of go-to-market strategies.
10. Create lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
11. Define the approach for the overall sales of products and services to new and existing accounts, and account retention.
12. Collate customer needs and business requirements to support development of technical requirements and solutions.
13. Engage in customer meetings to build deeper understanding of technical requirements and solutions.
14. Advise the translation of clients' needs and business requirements into possible technical requirements and solutions
15. Make recommendations for development and implementation of customisations and upgrades to existing products and service, provide strategic direction for development of new accounts.
16. Manage partnership agreements, order and contracting documentation.
17. Evaluate client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance client experience.
18. Manage the resolution of client feedback and market sentiments and escalate to higher level when needed to enhance products and/or services.
19. Develop engagement plans and activities to build and strengthen relationships with clients.
20. Engage clients & partners regularly to uncover current and potential business concerns and needs.
