Paya Lebar

5-day work week, office hours, and highlight that occasional after-hours work is expected due to the nature of the role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Handle all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents
- Run personal errands or manage personal tasks as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- High attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel planning and booking systems is a plus
- Willingness to be contactable after hours for urgent matters, as part of supporting a senior manage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
