**Duties and Responsibilities**
Provide secretarial support to management
Organizing meeting, appointment, interview etc.
Attending and assist with meetings such as documenting meeting minutes
Perform data entry and market research duties
Assist with basic administrative duties and errands
Assist with serving refreshments
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
**Requirements**:
Work hours can be discussed; we are flexible.
Do not require 5-day work week; prefer part-time.
Welcome working mothers, insurance agents, real estate agents, freelancers etc.
Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, cheerful and initiative personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
O Levels / A Levels / Diploma equivalent
Experience not mandatory
