**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Car Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Car Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing expert guidance to customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits to facilitate informed purchase decisions.
- Effectively communicate pricing, incentives, and financing options, negotiating terms to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information and superior customer service.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers post-sale, addressing any concerns or inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of [2] years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
