Sales Executive

Overview

Trainocate is one of Asia's leading learning and development providers, long established in high-end IT and technology training. We are expanding rapidly into Soft Skills, Professional Development, and Compliance training, offering both Public Run Courses and Customised In-House Corporate Programmes.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Professional Development and Soft Skills division. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with the hunger to hunt new opportunities, engage directly with corporate clients, and build a career in the corporate training industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively call corporate clients from our database and follow up on leads from events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Secure appointments with HR, L&D, and business leaders to pitch Trainocate's training solutions.
  • Drive enrolments for public run courses (B2C and B2B bulk sign-ups).
  • Learn and support in selling customised in-house training programmes for corporate clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Client Engagement & Outreach

  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Trainocate as a trusted training partner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to schedule and run outreach activities (webinars, lunch-and-learns, roadshows, etc.) that generate leads and engagement.
  • Represent Trainocate at industry events and exhibitions.

Programme & Operations Support

  • Monitor public run course schedules, enrolments, and trainer availability.
  • Coordinate with trainers to finalise dates and ensure minimum registrations are met for each run.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve course offerings and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder, with 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (training/education sector preferred, but not essential).
  • Proactive hunter profile with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
  • Able to handle both B2B (corporate sales) and B2C (public run enrolments), with B2B as the primary focus.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, able to pick up product knowledge and sales techniques quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging management-level clients.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with marketing and trainers.
