- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Showcase our diverse inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the car buying process, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle functionalities, and addressing inquiries.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Uphold the dealership's reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing an outstanding buying experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of automobiles and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
