**Mission of the role**:Work with the Channel Sales Manager to implement channel sales strategy, run data analysis, as well as communicate with channel sales partners. This role also requires you to administer and process company policies & SOPs, and work with the compliance department to ensure adherence to the partnership agreement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new channel sales partners onto the company’s affiliate program in the USA.
- Grow sales revenue through new and existing channel sales partners. Ensure all sales and Profit Margin targets are met.
- Communicate regularly with channel sales partners to ensure the partners are actively engaged with the company.
- Monitor and improve partner sales activity by performing data analysis.
- Assist Channel Sales Manager toimplement product launches and campaigns - partner sales contest, new product launches.
- Compliance monitoring and compliance communication with channel sales partners.
- Deliver weekly sales reports to the Channel Sales Manager.
- Provide product feedback from sales partners to the Product Development team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher
- At least three (3) years of experience in sales or sales support roles where you managed sales with channel partners
- A good understanding of internet-based sales / digital marketing will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - including presenting and reporting. You will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with the channel sales partners from the USA.
- Effective sales partnership management and negotiation skills.
- Highly numerate, proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and graphs from data.
- Able to work within tight deadlines and across different time zones. This role requires you to plan work in both the US and Singapore time zones. Working from home partially during US time zones will be necessary.

**Experience**:

- Channel Sales: 3 years (preferred)
