**Join Our Team as an Administrative Executive at Sense & Semblance**

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about providing support to creative teams? We are seeking an **Administrative Executive** to be an essential part of our design and project teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our fast-paced interior design firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage important documents such as **purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and invoices**.
- Act as a central communicator, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth **procurement and delivery** processes.
- Assist with **project documentation**, including organizing files for **project handovers**.
- Maintain and update records to keep projects and design teams on track.
- Provide general administrative support to the **design and project teams** to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Handle **expense claims** with accuracy to ensure timely reimbursements.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating **management meetings**, including taking notes and tracking action items.
- Organize **team-building activities** to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Take on any additional tasks necessary to contribute to the success of the firm.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both **English and Mandarin** to effectively engage with a diverse client base and suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma from a **local polytechnic**.
- **1 year of experience** in office administration is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
