**Job Overview**:
As an HR Executive with a generalist role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits administration, policy writing, recruitment, and employee retention. Your expertise in compensation and benefits will ensure that the organization's remuneration packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Additionally, your understanding of HR policies and best practices will contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures. You will also be involved in recruitment activities to attract top talent and in employee retention initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualification & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR with exposure to compensation and benefits administration and policy development.
- Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
As an HR Executive with a generalist role, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering employee satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company through effective HR strategies and practices.
