**Role and Responsibilities**

**- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy**

**- Managing the recruitment and selection process**

**- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance**

**- Review, update and maintain employee personal files**

**- Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.**

**- Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them**

**- Conduct probations evaluations and also 6 months’ performance appraisal along with the departments heads**

**- Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval**
- Understand and adhere to all relevant labor laws

**work Experience requirement**

**- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience**

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field

- Must be organized and self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
