**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team. The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team by providing administrative support, managing sales-related documentation, and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative role, preferably in the Infocomm Technology industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
