Role: Lead Recruiter - APAC

Location: Singapore

Reporting to the Regional Senior, the Lead Recruiter will be the recruitment expert for some of WFS’s most critical business groups and have senior responsibility for stakeholder groups or business areas within our Global organization. You will have responsibility to sourcing, identify and attract talent across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full life recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage across multiple locations and geographies
- Drive the adoption of WFS’s standardized global end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain an active requisition load and manage the entire recruiting cycle, from intake, sourcing, phone screen to offer extension for all assigned requisitions
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters (peers and direct reports) to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
- Create and maintain reports on recruitment metrics to provide impactful data insights
- Maintain all systems data integrity including our ATS and any reporting responsibilities (pipeline, funnel, communications)
- Deliver against aspirational hiring goals to provide consistent results and measurable progress in our growth environment
- Establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance
- Help implement employer branding projects to provide an insight view into what makes WFS an attractive company to work for

Essential Skills
- 5-7 Years+ of full life-cycle recruiting experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence using market data to influence decision
- Understand how to provide a consultative approach to help our stakeholders identify the best talent
- Understand how to add value and create improvements to the recruitment process - evidence of prior experience
- Experience of recruitment best practice in multiple locations or jurisdictions
- Direct sourcing capability and a proven record of working in a niche or challenging
- Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
- Experience of productive and collaborative partnership with client groups, HR and all stakeholders
