Job Description As a team leader, you will engage new and existing clients, partner with them to shape their staffing strategy, develop recommendations to close deals, and ensure delivery with a dynamic team of recruitment consultants. To be successful, you should have recruitment experience and be passionate about driving sales strategy and achieving targets. As the team leader, you will need strong leadership capability to develop your team's strengths and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities Lead a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets Develop new business and serve existing clientele Mentor and motivate a team of consultants Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol Keep abreast of market trends and provide insights to clients Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants Qualifications Diploma/Degree in any discipline Proven track record of success in recruitment sales Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets Experience in the recruitment industry is required Ability to plan and strategize Strong motivator and results driven How to apply Simply submit your application with your updated resume by clicking the Apply link.
