**The Job**

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform door-to-door sales visits to prospective companies to promote our recruitment services.
- Canvass offices in targeted commercial and industrial areas to identify new business opportunities.
- Cold call potential clients to generate leads, book appointments, and secure sales meetings.
- Present our recruitment solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of the number of new job orders secured.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or recruitment sales preferred.
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and cold calling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- CEI License Preferred
