**Job Title**: Administrative Staff and Event Planner/Organizer
**Location**: Samsung Hub (with work-from-home flexibility)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
**Working Days**: 2-3 days in office, remaining time work remotely
**Salary**: $2,000/month with allowances
**Probation Period**: 1 month
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Staff and Event Planner/Organizer. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, event planning, and other ad hoc duties to ensure smooth business operations. The position requires 2-3 days of work from the office at Samsung Hub, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days, making it ideal for someone who values both structure and flexibility.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
**2. Event Planning and Organization**:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing small-scale events or meetings.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Handle logistics such as venue arrangements, invitations, and schedules.
**3. Ad Hoc Tasks**:
- Take on miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Provide support to various teams as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Age: 21 years and above.
- Education: Minimum local diploma graduate.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to handle diverse responsibilities.
**Working Conditions**
- Days: 2-3 days per week in the office at Samsung Hub.
- Remaining workdays can be done remotely.
- Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
