This is why our salesforce has grown significantly, as we offer a permanent role with a base salary and high incentives. **Responsibilities**: - Assist commercial and retail clients with their insurance/investment financial planning needs - Follow through the entire sales cycle (prospecting > negotiations > closing deals > after sales servicing > maintain & nurture relationships) - Assess clients' current financial portfolios, identify gaps, and recommend solutions - Ensuring clients' financial plans evolve with life changes and market conditions - Provide ongoing investment updates, advice and after-sales claims/paperwork assistance - Increase appropriate knowledge to assist clients with their investment and retirement portfolio **What We Offer**: - Remuneration includes basic allowance + commission + quarterly bonuses - Uncapped salary with basic allowance of up to $5K/mth - Comprehensive paid courses and training before starting work. - No specific qualifications required; we value your ambition and drive. **Requirements**: - Minimum Local Diploma and/or GCE “A” Level Certificate Holder - 21 Years Old and above **Skills that We Are Looking In You**: - Strong management and communication skills - Keen to learn and highly motivated - No experience required as training will be provided - Students/Undergraduates are welcome to apply - Agile learner, proactive and resilient - Students/Undergraduates are welcome to apply **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Expected hours: No more than 40 per week **Benefits**: - Employee assistance programme - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Professional development - Promotion to permanent employee - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 189767
