We are seeking a passionate and creative **Events Marketing Executive** to oversee all event-related activities and marketing efforts at COTU. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the events experience for our clients while ensuring seamless execution and innovative marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Event Management**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at COTU, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their event expectations are exceeded.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring flawless delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catering, and AV) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote COTU’s event offerings and drive bookings.
- Create compelling promotional content for EDMs, social media, and other channels.
- Build partnerships with relevant brands and organizations to expand COTU’s event portfolio.
- Analyze trends and gather feedback to improve event marketing campaigns and offerings.

**Client Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to foster repeat business.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

**Reporting & Optimization**:

- Track and report on event performance, marketing ROI, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data insights to refine strategies, improve processes, and increase revenue.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in event management, marketing, or related roles.
- **Skills**: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Creativity**: A flair for creating innovative marketing campaigns and unique event concepts.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,175.76 - $4,866.93 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
