Facility Assistant

Smart City Kitchens is a Foodtech startup servicing restauranteurs to their success. The Facility Operations Management team host B2B customers (Kitchens) at our facilities and ensure operational standards are met.
We are currently hiring a Facility Assistant to join the team and assist with the daily responsibilities of our facilities.
Foreign nationals are welcome to apply, as relevant documents will be sponsored.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with communication between the Smart City Kitchens team and the Kitchens
- Carry out administrative, cleaning and general maintenance duties to ensure smooth operations
- Traffic control within the facility and courier parking areas during rush hours
- Adhere to compliance regulations as necessary
- Inventory counts
- Inventory sorting, including packages and deliveries
- Process orders and pick ups, transportation of orders to central processing areas
**Requirements**:
- Experience in F&B Industry
- Basic Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
**Employment Type**: Full time, Shift-based
**Working Hours**: 5 days/week, 44 hours/week
- Facility Operating Hours: 10AM ~ 1AM
- Lunch/Dinner breaks provided
- 1 weekday, 1 weekend off each week
**Location**: Singapore
- Orchard Branch
- Bukit Batok Branch
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary: 1,800 ~ 2,000 SGD/mo
- Transport for shifts ending at 1AM
