Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
- Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery
- Handle calls - logistic requirement
- Buffet set up training
- Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
- Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
- Inventory control for catering equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
- Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
- Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work weekends, and public holidays
- Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
