As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing services through problem solving, ownership, action, and accountability to customers and responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the annual business plan which will include customer service area goals and time schedule. Reporting to Operations Manager, RDC (Regional Distribution Center) in organizing to work schedule to meet customer deadlines. This position is based in Singapore.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers
- Contributing to the development and execution of the annual business plan which will include customer service area goals and time schedule.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results when needed.
- Working with the organization’s other division to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings
- Providing back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required
- Supporting/participating in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Program
- Attending regular customer service departmental meetings
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years progressive customer service experience
- Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills are an added advantage
