**What does this Job Offer you?**
- **5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Rest day on one weekday and one Saturday / Sunday.**:

- Job satisfaction. Through your work, you will help connect families with qualified caregivers and trained helpers to look after the elderly or persons with disabilities.

As a **Marketing Assistant**, you will be tasked with the planning and execution of marketing activities Anglo’ marketing strategy and objectives under the direction of the manager including:

- Create compelling content for various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) to engage target audiences (patient, patient’s families and caregivers)
- Leverage on SEO tool to improve website and generate content and articles for SEO
- Assist manager in executing digital marketing activities.
- Work with manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities in the marketing calendar.
- Ensure all digital communications and assets are aligned to the brand identity of Anglo
- Seek out and collaborate on co-marketing opportunities with relevant services and partners
- Track performance of marketing campaigns, analyse key metrics and share insights with manager

**Requirements**:

- Competent in spoken and written English.(Bonus: Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu to converse with MDWs)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Ahrefs or other design software is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong photography skills are a plus
