- **Manager - CRM Manager (ROS)** to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.
**Responsibilities**:
- **_Manage CRM CDM-related projects for IT Overseas_**
- Discuss and align with business units overseas and markets for project rollout timeline and budget Create an overall project plan, financial plan, and resource plan.
- Onboard internal and external teams for project delivery.
- Build and roll out the solution to the market.
- Transition and handover to service operations team post-go-live.
- **_ Manage Stakeholder's Expectations and Delivery for all Products in the Portfolio_**
- Stakeholder Alignment.
- Arrange for Projects.
- Jointly agree with Markets and CoC management for the project.
- Risks/Issues/Dependencies and take appropriate next steps.
- **_ Manage Suppliers with respect to delivery, financials, and compliance with the company standards_**
- Supplier teams onboarding and offboarding.
- Scope & commercials alignment.
- Supplier feedback and evaluations.
- **_ Employees Management_**
- Lead a team of highly motivated employees and provide them the best environment to work and perform (including hiring, training, appraisals, feedback).
- **_ Work with internal and third-party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services_**
- Performance Improvements.
- Product enhancements.
- Product Stabilization.
- **_ Manage the CRM Salesforce Releases_**
- Review the Release process regularly with suppliers.
- Ensure a stable release in production.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of successful program and project management demonstration.
- Ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget.
- Capable to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and flex with frequent change.
- Able to drive alignment across stakeholders to achieve the program objectives.
- Demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to match business needs with project goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Good understanding of overall Salesforce architecture & landscape.
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented concepts.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and PMI disciplines.
