**About the Company**:
We are a fast-growing company specializing in **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)**, **IT services**, and **product distribution**. With a strong reputation built on technical expertise and trusted relationships, we are expanding into regional markets and launching new product lines. We are seeking a **dynamic and driven Sales Executive**to join our team and lead business development efforts across Southeast Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for both **project-based**and **product-based**offerings
- Identify and engage potential clients, including **system integrators (SI)**and enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Singapore and regional markets
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong proficiency in **English and Mandarin**(written and spoken)
- Excellent **presentation**, **negotiation**, and **relationship-building**skills
- Proven ability to **break the ice**and build rapport quickly
- Background in the **IT industry**, preferably with exposure to GIS or enterprise software
- Existing **social network**and connections with **system integrators (SI)**or enterprise clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understand GIS or related technologies is a strong advantage
- Ability to communicate in **Hokkien**and/or **Malay**is a strong advantage
- Experience in regional sales (Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia)
- Familiarity with long-cycle project sales and product distribution models
