**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Regional Sales & Business Growth**
- Own P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for each focus market, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline growth, and revenue targets across multiple markets.
- Establish key partnerships with resellers, distributors, and enterprise customers to expand market reach.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and verticals for business growth.
**2. Leadership & People Management**
- Directly lead sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams across key Southeast Asian markets.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and country teams in the region.
- Align regional teams with global strategies while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Foster a strong performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and success metrics.
**3. Key Account Management & Enterprise Sales**
- Engage with C-level executives, key clients, and government agencies to drive strategic business deals.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with enterprise clients in key verticals.
- Ensure smooth execution of enterprise solutions by working with internal technical and customer success teams.
**4. Channel & Partner Development**
- Identify and onboard regional channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to scale business.
- Develop a partner enablement program, ensuring partners are well-trained on solutions.
- Monitor partner performance, joint go-to-market efforts, and channel sales execution.
**5. Market Expansion & Competitive Strategy**
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements in each market.
- Work with marketing teams to drive localized campaigns, branding, and lead-generation efforts.
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and industry forums.
**6. Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for efficient execution.
- Provide regular reporting on revenue, performance metrics, and market insights to the executive team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on regional demands.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- 10+ years in regional sales leadership, country management, or business development in Southeast Asia.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong experience in B2B sales, SaaS, enterprise software, technology, cloud solutions, or industrial sales.
- Proven track record of leading regional teams and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
- Experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, create business strategies, and execute regional expansion plans.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (40-50%) across the region.
