Project Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all technical and commercial components for bids in the business line.
- Preparation of internal governance, production of winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth.
- Coordinates and manages proposal technical components, internal governance, pricing and presentations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to recognise, process, and present information.
- Obtains quotes from sub-consultants as required and negotiates appropriate terms and conditions based on standard contract and risk committee requirements.
- Preparation of compelling proposals with win themes based on a complete understanding of client needs.
**Requirements**:
- GCE A Level, with a minimum of 1 year working experience for Bid & Proposal
- Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient level of English both oral and written
- Highly organised, meticulous, with an eye for detail
- Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
- Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels
- Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
- Positive thinker with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,902.75 - $3,200.00 per month
