**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced Compliance SME based in Singapore to take on a dual role:

- Acting as the in-country MLRO/CO for Ria Singapore, ensuring compliance with MAS requirements and serving as the local regulatory point of contact.
- Supporting Dandelion’s business expansion in APAC by leading compliance activities, including partner onboarding, advisory, and oversight.

This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet local regulatory requirements while driving efficient, scalable compliance support for our growing regional business. This role has a dual reporting arrangement: for Dandelion compliance responsibilities and general matters, the position reports directly to the Director of Compliance. For Ria Singapore MLRO/CO responsibilities, reporting is made to the Compliance Officer Asia.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ria Singapore MLRO/CO Responsibilities
- Serve as the appointed MLRO/CO for Ria Singapore in accordance with MAS requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with MAS and other Singapore regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports, audits, requests and responses.
- Maintain and oversee AML/CFT compliance policies, risk assessments, and frameworks for Ria Singapore.
- Advise senior management and Board of Directors on regulatory developments and best practices.
- Assign and deliver training to promote a strong compliance culture across the region.
- Support global compliance initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions.

Dandelion Compliance Responsibilities
- Onboard Dandelion Partners across the APAC region.
- Perform ongoing reviews of Dandelion Partners in the APAC region.
- Provide regulatory guidance to business teams on different partnership models.
- Balance risk and exposure while setting clear CDD standards and guidelines.
- Prepare memos, compliance requirement documents, and presentations for senior management.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and regulators.
- Support governance by attending regular meetings with partners to discuss AML and compliance matters.
- At least 7 years of experience in compliance, AML, or risk management within financial services or payments.

Prior experience as an MLRO/CO in Singapore, or strong familiarity with MAS AML/CFT regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of AML and compliance regulations in APAC.
- Demonstrated experience managing partner onboarding, due diligence, and compliance risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client-facing and regulatory relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
- Proactive professional with strong analytical skills, adept at working in a dynamic, global environment.
