Accounts and Admin Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- All AP and AR matters
- Business expenses and petty cash claims
- Customer sales and suppliers end-to-end processing
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support Team
- Handling client's enquiry via phone
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Calendar management
- Managing the production of marketing and training materials
- Company website update
- Provide general office administration and maintenance
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma holder
- 1-2 years working experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Apps especially Excel
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Meticulous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
