Part Time Admin Assistant

We provide necessary training for you to carry out your part-time tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Simple accounting entries into XERO accounting software (simple data entry).
Handle office stationery/pantry purchasing, claims submissions, prepare payment vouchers, tidy up showroom, data entry, google research, simple reports and other admin tasks.
**Requirements**:
Well-versed in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Responsible and commitment.
Good time management, independent, good communication skills and good team player.
Work 3 full days a week.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
