Admin Officer

**Role**:
- Assist in the book keeping of AP and AR
- Issue invoices and record payments
- Follow-up the ageing balance
- Record expenses and payments to suppliers
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Follow-up unpaid and chase payments
- Data entry
- Control salary pay items (OT, etc) and prepare payroll
- Other ad hoc duties
**Profile**:
- 1st exp in accounting (knowledge of AP, AR) or be sharp with numbers
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or Xero
- Proficient with Excel
- 2+ years of working experience
- Part time possible
- Singaporean only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
