The duties of the Head of Finance & Admin are:
**1.** **Budgeting**
- Preparing the annual budget for the financial year for approval by the Board
- Preparing cash flow projections
**2.** **Financial Accounting**
- Monitoring invoices from suppliers and issuing cheque payments to suppliers
- Issuing invoices to residents and clients and collecting and banking in payments from them
- Monitoring government subvention received against claims made
- Closing of the monthly accounts and preparing monthly analyses of accounts to the Management Committee
**3.** **Statutory Audit**
- Handling annual statutory audit of financial accounts
**4.** **Payroll**
- Preparing monthly payroll and arranging for Giro payment of salaries to staffs’ bank accounts
- Submitting monthly return to the CPF Board
- Preparing Forms IR8A for staff
**5.** **Internal Controls**
- Ensuring that internal controls are in place and regularly reviewing the internal controls in place for effectiveness
**6.** **Fixed Assets**
- Conducting regular fixed asset counts to ensure control over fixed assets
**7.** **Accounts Receivable**
- Conducting regular reviews of accounts receivables with the Management Committee to ensure that accounts receivables are well managed
**8.** **Special Projects**
- Assisting the Management Committee with any special projects
**9. Administration**
- Helps in the oversight of the Administrative function.
All other duties as assigned by HOH
Those with experience in the social service sector will be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,010.00 - $6,010.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
