HR Scope
- Input employee data and maintain employee files and update administrative systems (including hiring process, training arrangement) as per MOM requirements
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday, training, work pass records as per MOM requirements
- Respond to employee/site supervisor inquiries about human resources issues or other requirement
Admin/Purchasing Scope
- Assist in order creation and issuing delivery advise
- Tracking orders and verify pricing (matching of DO to orders)
- Collect and allocate all invoice/do to submit account department
- Assist project team in engineering related documentation
