Full Time Tuition Centre Admin Officer

**Full Time Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Officer**
1) 5 days work week (usually 2 weekends, 3 weekdays), able to work on weekends if required
2) No academic qualifications required, training will be provided
3) Located right outside Marymount MRT (near Bishan)
4) An English and Chinese language school with customers who are parents and children
**Requirements**:
1) Must be proficient in Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook and able to respond fast to messages and situations at the centre
2) Having customer service experience will be a bonus
3) English speaking proficiency a must, being able to speak Mandarin will be a bonus
4) Assist in lesson arrangement, ushering students and printing of materials
5) Assist in admin and ad hoc matters such as document sorting, scanning and basic office hygiene
Working location will be based at 38 Jalan Pemimpin, just outside Marymount MRT (Circle Line)
Full-time position.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
