
Admin & Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:
- Perform all office administrative duties including supplier invoicing, data entry, documents filing, book-keeping, copying and scanning
- Generate tax invoice and payment receipt to customer
- Prepare entries for AP closing and assist with month-end closing
- Prepare and consolidate daily and weekly sales reports
- Handling phone enquiries and responding to general e-mails and WhatsApp
- Monitoring and ordering of office supplies and upkeeping office cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc administrative & support duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Preferably Entry Level with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good with numbers, organized and high-level of attention to detail
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
