This role is to support the Head of Governance Transformation to transform the governance process and control environment of PFA. This would include managing various initiatives to achieve the overall objective, through stakeholder management, project management and strategy development. The initiatives are wide-spanning and would include, but not limited to 1) remediation efforts on findings from reviews and inspections; 2) redefining PFA target-operating model; and 3) uplifting the overall control environment for future-proofing.
- Provide a comprehensive and holistic view of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, as part of governance transformation programme.
- Work with initiative Lead and working team to provide an effective solution design that balances business needs and regulatory expectations.
- Establish cross-functional working teams/ workstreams to promote active collaboration to drive initiative, and ensure clear accountability, to enable delivery of specific tasks.
- Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders, understand any key concerns in how the initiative is being delivered or any risks/issues that have either not yet been identified or are not being progressed. Ensure dependencies and challenges (risks) are escalated and managed. Escalate critical issues to the Lead and Head of Governance Transformation
- Track objectives, key deliverables, decisions & decision timelines, and delivery of the various initiatives.
- Identify and communicate key risks, challenges and dependencies between initiatives, to enable issues and concerns to be flagged quickly and addressed.
- Validate deliverables (where needed) to ensure that objectives and intent are being met
- Work with initiative Leads to produce meeting packs for Steering Committees, working committees
- and other ad-hoc reports. Ensure salient points & actions of meetings are well documented.
- Support management team in redesigning the PFA target operating model that is fit for future from
- the perspective of control environment and regulatory expectations.
