**Manager **- Startup Development (BACECAMP / Mentorship)**
**Job Description**:
- Report to Deputy Director - Startup Development.
- Develop strategy and plans to engage and grow the mentoring community.
- Organise focused workshops and events that will create value for startups in the programme and increase ACE’s branding and recognition among the community members.
- Develop relationships with sponsors and solicit sponsorships and support for BACECAMP development.
- Design and execute strategic BACECAMP programme.
- Develop project charters, programme playbooks, prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, including but not limited to minutes, reports, agreements, etc.
- Develop programme budget and track programme budget utilisation to ensure effective use of budget and resources.
- You may be required to assist with the KPI reporting coordination relating to the members and operations verticals.
- Provide regular updates to the Management on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required; and
- Front or participate in assigned Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time-to-time.
**Requirements**:
- A good degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Highly responsible, efficient, meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate as a team to achieve shared outcomes in a fast paced and dynamic environment is critical to success.
