**Job Requirements and Qualification**:

- 5 years in programming and IT Business Systems, 5 years experience on CRM Systems development, implementation and support, System interfaces and Implementation.
- SAP C4C CRM system development and support, understand ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skill, and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution.
- Good presentation skill, Good communication.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work remotely with a team.
- Interpersonal skills, Self motivation, keen to learn and service minded.

- Initiative and Creative
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design and build reports on CRM for support and project.
- Develop and upgrade technical documentation, process, and user manual.
- Liaise with 3rd party solutions provider.
- Ensures that all business activities are proceeded according to the Working Instructions as specified in the Integrated Management System.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
