**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager for our gym, with a strong emphasis on managing Accounts Receivables and enhancing Client Retention. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facilities in Singapore ensuring financial stability through effective collections and account management, and implementing strategies to maintain and grow client memberships. You will work closely with leadership to ensure an exceptional experience for our members while maintaining smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Oversee the billing and collections process, ensuring all member accounts are up-to-date and payments are collected in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain systems to track and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Monitor payment discrepancies and work with clients to resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and financial health.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Client Retention & Engagement**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and minimize cancellations.
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage loyalty and foster a welcoming gym environment.
- Analyze membership trends and work to implement initiatives that improve retention rates.
- Create and implement client feedback systems to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Coordinate member retention programs, including loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and personalised services.
- **Team Leadership & Operations**:

- Manage and mentor gym staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns aimed at member acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations.
- **Reporting & Budgeting**:

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), including client retention, trainer performance, financials, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assist in long-term planning.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivables, financial management and customer retention.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
- Demonstrated experience in client retention strategies and member engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of gym management software (e.g., MindBody, Glofox, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
