**Responsibilities**:
- Salary up to $2200 per month
Job Scope:
- Managing concierge duties
- Assisting guests in wayfinding
- Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions
- Handle passengers’ retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video, live chats)
- Processing & managing all promotions, events & gift redemptions
- Managing of ticketing services & sales transactions
- Handling feedbacks & complaints from guests & tenants
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, retail service is an added advantage
