Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage concierge duties efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Assist guests with wayfinding throughout the airport premises
  • Offer personalized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Provide detailed information on brands and product offerings
  • Inform passengers of current promotions and special deals
  • Respond promptly and professionally to retail inquiries from passengers
  • Communicate with passengers through in-person, message, video, and live chat interactions
  • Ensure a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience for all passengers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all engagements
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth concierge operations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail
  • Strong team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays
