**Job Description**:
**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:

- Support the coordination and completion of projects or system upgrade rollouts on time and within scope. This includes raising user requirements, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, managing UAT and monitoring project progress for Management reporting.
- Manage vendor activities and monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and logístical functions of Channel Operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage regulatory/business enablement/process improvement projects
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and logístical functions to ensure smooth operations
- Manage vendor activities and ensure outsourced services agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs are met
- Provide support for ATM-related activities
- Perform Maker and/or Checker role for Pin Mailer Issuance
- Coordinate and facilitate all business continuity planning activities
- Provide cross support to other units within Channel Operations as and when required
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Management

**Qualifications**:

- Degree from a recognised university or institution
- Min 2 years’ experience in Operations in the Banking industry
- Good knowledge of bank operations and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as a team player or individually
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
