Channel Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Channel Management & Sales Support: _
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and agencies in China.
- Monitor and evaluate partner and agency performance to ensure alignment with sales targets and brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Logistics & Operations Coordination _
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturing to manage stock requests and product deliveries.
- Assist internal team in the preparation and issuance of export/import documents to China (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping instructions etc.).
- Ensure compliance with China’s import regulations and documentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels across channels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Support customs clearance processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting _
- Conduct regular China market research to track competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.Gather and report feedback from China partners to help improve products, services, and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or account management **in the China market.**:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese business culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment with **knowledge of Beauty, Pharmaceutical industries
