**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Communications & Content Team. The Internal Communications Specialist will be joining a team of local, regional and global communicators who work closely together to tell the stories of our firm, our clients and our people. We have an extensive presence across Asia.

The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for all elements of Internal Communication from planning to creating content to implementation.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who has demonstrated experience producing clear, concise and purposeful communications. This position will suit someone with the following experience
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to work independently as part of a wider team
- Position will suit someone who is driven and seeking a new challenge
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop communication priorities in partnership with senior leadership, and create a communications plan and content which delivers on these priorities
- Provide communication support to the Asia CEO and senior leadership
- Provide internal communications and knowledge sharing advice and support to colleagues
- Capturing and reviewing metrics and feedback to assess and improve communications and messaging
- Being a custodian and champion of the firm’s key knowledge sharing channels
- Working in partnership with the global team to ensure firm-wide messages can be conveyed through great local content**Key requirements will include**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism or similar
- Experienced at writing content for different channels
- Previous experience using content management systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities but still having an eye for detail
- A strategic thinker who can see how various pieces of the puzzle create the big picture
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Responsive to time sensitive situations
