**Job Summary
The Regional HR Manager is responsible for aligning Head Office and Corporate HR objectives with key stakeholders and employees in designated locations where Primer operates. He/she provides advice to management and leads the country HR persons covering a full range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance management, career development, and workforce planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the Corporate HR agenda in the region to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Translate insights from people dashboards into plans that will generate positive employee experience
- Assess the current state and future manpower requirements. Provide guidance on the justification of headcount and appropriate job grades
- Craft the most optimum org structure that can support the current business requirement with the flexibility to adjust to future needs
- Execute talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent to meet present and future needs
- Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals
- Determine skills gaps, key developmental areas, and appropriate learning interventions in collaboration with Corporate HR/Apex/training vendors.
- Cascade their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business requirements.
- Support & coach on how to have effective performance evaluation conversations. Facilitate effective calibration of ratings to ensure there is a uniform standard for performance across the organization. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to their job performance.
- Craft performance improvement plans and then have effective conversations around improvement areas with employees. Provide advice in handling grievances that arise as a result of the performance assessment outcomes of employees
- Manage the change and transition process during the reorganization, and system/business process implementations and changes
- Ensure HR practices comply with government regulations and initiates steps to minimize labor relations risks.
- Prepare and submit HR reports regularly
- Enact HR policies, processes, and procedures that are organisationally appropriate and supportive to line management

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business, Psychology, Behavioral Science or Management
- 8 to 10 years overall HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Managerial capacity.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders in various locations.
