**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue quotations based on customers’ requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Review delivery orders and invoices to identify any errors before delivery.
- Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.
- Maintain and update customers’ database.
- Collaborate with accounting team to support activities on a daily basis.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as & when assigned.
- Manage existing customer accounts and grow new accounts with target & quota
- Handle all sales enquiries by all channels and provide comprehensive product information
- Assist and maintain good customer relationships and achieve customer retention.
- Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback on competitors activities, products, prices, business performance and promotional program
- Ensure the highest standard of service quality are maintained at all times
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Team Player
- Immediate starter preferred
