**What the role is**
- Assistant Manager (People and Culture) - HR Systems (WorkDay)
**What you will be working on**
- Assist in the development and migration to new HR system (WorkDay) o Work with Vendor on the scope and specifications of required HR functions o Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) whenever required o Review / Streamline HR processes to ensure smooth transition to the new HR system Support the Human Resource Management Team in the following areas (but not limited to): o Collation and Preparation of HR Data o Maintenance of HR-related announcements on Intranet o Development of Employee Handbook o Preparation and Design of EDM/Newsletters for Internal Communications to Staff o Planning and Execution of Engagement Activities like Orientation Programme/Health Screening/ General Staff Meeting, etc Other Ad-hoc projects that is assigned by the team
**What we are looking for**
- Good knowledge and experience in handling record management, using SAP systems (ACE/Workday) - At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource Role. - Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage. - Good command of spoken and written English communication skills - A hands-on individual who is independent, self
- motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a collaborative working environment - Being meticulous and paying attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines. You should have a mindset of continuous improvement and dare to explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and tested - Applicants who require work passes need not apply
