Work closely with BU TMOD Lead on Organizational Development topics such as:
- Creation of communication / information platform in intranet, etc.
Work with TMOD lead on talent management related topics such as:
- Support in organization of BU Talent Conference,
- Talent review meeting across business areas
- Support in ongoing TM projects for the BU such as job profile reviews, competency management etc...
Review current workflow/ template and suggest improvement and any other ad-hoc topics
**Qualifications**:
**Relevant studies in any of these majors**: Marketing & Communication, Social Science, Business, HR, Engineer, Multimedia, Comp Eng, Comp Science, Infosystem
Someone who is a self-starter and is able to work independently
Exhibit out of the box thinking, entrepreneurship and innovation
Experience in process improvement, Intranet
Exposed to basic photoshop, video editing, flash or other related tools
Excellent in MS office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard; Power BI etc.
