  1. Corporate Operation and Management

  2. Establish overall management direction and operational strategies for GST Singapore.

  3. Oversee corporate functions including HR, finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with regular reporting to HQ.
  4. Manage administrative operations including accounting, taxation, audit, leasing, insurance, and compliance.

  5. Liaise with Singaporean authorities (NEA, MOM, etc.) on legal and regulatory matters.

  6. Customer Support & Maintenance Management

  7. Manage service quality and operational performance for major semiconductor customers.

  8. Handle customer requests, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with the service level agreement requirements.
  9. Ensure stable operation and quality control of on-site systems such as Abatement, Scrubber, and Chiller equipment.
  10. Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and response procedures for equipment issues.
  11. Manage project schedules and costs for new equipment installation, upgrades, and CIP activities.

  12. Coordinate with on-site teams and engineering groups to resolve technical and operational issues.

  13. Manpower & Site Operation

  14. Supervise engineers and technicians, including shift planning, task allocation, and competency development.

  15. Ensure compliance with safety training (WSH) and MOM regulations; continuously improve site efficiency.

  16. Sales & Customer Management

  17. Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and retention of existing accounts.

  18. Manage quotations, proposals, POs, and service contracts; collaborate with HQ to plan annual sales targets.

  19. Analyze sales performance and manage P&L for the Singapore entity.

  20. Strategy Planning & HQ Communication

  21. Manage annual corporate goals and performance indicators (Sales, Cost, Cash Flow, etc.).

  22. Conduct regular reporting and meetings with HQ on operations, improvement plans, and manpower/cost strategies.
  23. Develop mid-to-long-term growth strategies and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (Korean required for internal communication).
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Experience in the semiconductor service industry is a plus.
  • Prior work experience in Singapore or overseas assignments preferred.
  • Singapore PR_, or eligible for Employment Pass (EP).
